No, we only do tours by appointment. We greatly appreciate you calling or emailing to let us know you would like to visit. We will respond and let you know what dates are available for you to visit The Estate. We like to provide personalized tours for all our interested clients and unless you are already reserved there is no access to the property without a pre-scheduled tour.
We try to meet with our guests through appointments only. We try to allow one on one time with our clients for tours and consultations for their special events. Being considerate of your time is very important to us, by setting appointments you allow us to give you the best in attention and service.

Our parking is always complimentary with plenty to accommodate a large event. Should you desire valet parking please contact our office.
No, centerpieces are not included. Aunt Catfish Catering does include full service white classic waist length table linens along with your choice of napkin color, china, silverware, glassware, and cake cutting service. Puff n’ Stuff Catering includes linens, china, silverware, glassware and cake cutting service.
When reserving the Tavern, the price includes the use of the tables and chairs for that location. We also carry white resin chairs for outdoor events, they are $4 each and includes setup and delivery.
The Chapel has an electronic organ, which can be played as an organ or piano. There is also a CD player and speakers that can be utilized.
Only the venues that are reserved will be accessible to your and your guests, a la carte venue reservation is available Monday - Wednesday. Exclusive Use Reservations are required Thursday – Sunday.
There is no minimum for food and beverage service. A guest count less than 50 guests will have a $150 additional fee for service.
We are the only licensed vendor allowed to provide any beverage service to your guests on The Estate. We can customize any type of beverage service to accommodate your desires and budget. You may bring in your own beverages for while you are getting ready prior to your event.
Depending on the beverage service that you choose. With any 4-hour Open Beverage selection a champagne toast is included.
We do rent décor items, we will be happy to send you our rental items sheet.
No, the pricing for the venue (property) is separate from all other costs involved in an event. The only time food or bar service are included is in specials where it is specifically listed.
